They are concerned about what's happened to Mrs. Schiavo. Bense has gotten 15K emails. He said they are not going to do anything hastily on this case."

Perhaps the Speaker can say they won't act "hastily" because Terri's case is being investigated by DCF, which will take time ... at least that's my thought. Is that your take also?
