Perhaps the Speaker can say they won't act "hastily" because Terri's case is being investigated by DCF, which will take time ... at least that's my thought. Is that your take also?

That's how I read Speaker Bense. If it is not ironclad, the aclu and hino's attorney will try to ram a hummer through any new legislation in addition to declaring that it's "not applicable to Terri." Felos has already said as much. He just wants to starve Terri to death and living is not applicable for Terri in this death franchiser's sinister world.

While DCF is investigation, Terri can't be killed, right? So no matter what Judge Greer orders, Terri is safe, right?
