I was having some problems with it, but think I've corrected most of the problems. And I wasn't always sure how to list the names.
I forgot to send a link to the article in Empire Journal that mentions the bill, so that would be nice. I believe it is Bill 701 in post 2770. Chocolate Rose found it for us.
