Judge Greer is not related to Terri Schiavo. HE IS VIOLATING A JUDICIAL CANON. So is the Second DCA by affirming Greer.

They cannot affirm a Judge who is breaking the law but they are going to soon publish a MANDATE affirming J. Greer who CANNOT, is FORBIDDEN from being judge and guardian.
