Yes, I do believe a thank you is in order. I'm always mindful of the shear amount of drama Jeb took for getting involved in 2003.
That said, job ain't done yet.
If he does, indeed, have the authority to act on his own (as the Thomas Moore Law Institute has insisted he does), then we need him to do just that. Like soon. Like now.

Just spoke with a young lady in the Governor's office, who said she was NOT fielding any more than the usual number of calls. I said I hope to correct that regarding Terri Schiavo, and that I was looking to the Governor and/or the Legislature to return this woman to her family. I asked if she knew of any plans to do so, since time is running out. She said they were taking comments only at this time rather than saying anything further.
