Thank you for that info! Wonder what that silly newswoman Zahn will do with them? What does she really know about the case already? The poor parents, having to get through her nonsensical ignorance(most likely) at a time like THIS!
I looked up the news story on Alan Keyes' daughter. And also went to his site. I haven't been there for awhile.
He has two articles on Terri on it. If you could get him to come, that would guarantee news coverage, because of his daughter. Even better would be to get his daughter there too. This is something they both may be able to agree on.
They both say they love each other, but neither respects the other's lifestyle. They should both be able to agree that the Schindlers' love their daughter and don't want to see the state starve her to death.
I went to her web site. It seemed a little rambling to me, but it did have something on pro-life.
Thanks for the heads up.
bump for life
Just sent the members of the senate an email. I got prompt automatic replies. Must not be swamped yet.

dirtboy,
I just wish you would go away. Isn't there some other thread you are interested in?
Terri ping to 1820 and 1821! TV appearances with Terri's family and lawyer!
If anyone would like to be added to or removed from my Terri ping list, please let me know by FReepmail!
Such a brilliant rebuttal!
If you disagree with me, state your reasons.
We all thought everything was ok, it was posted that you said it would be acceptable to post articles from Empire Journal.
I asked her would she please reconsider letting us post her articles since you had said that, it was basically saying that the statement that was first made to her was wrong. She had said ok but I don't guess you read that far on the thread.
Today may be the last day of activism we have to try and stop the starvation of Terri. But if she goes she won't be the last and I would like to ask if someone made a complaint about her. We have long thought that Michael Schiavo and George Felos keep an eye on what's said here.
Is Scoop1 temporarily suspended or completely banned?
Not likely. I find you to be a whiner. You find Jim's comment of "Suit yourself" to be arrogant? And now you're worried he'll ban you?!? Goodness gracious, you don't know JimRob at all.
Leave if you want. I sure won't miss you.
Stay if you want. I won't be eagerly awaiting your insight.
I have some friends who are lawyers. And they state that the judiciary is actually the most political branch of government. The judge might have some kind of fervent right-to-die belief and is misapplying it here despite the laws. Usually that is the case when the decision is so out of line with the facts and the law.
And it wouldn't be the first time in Florida that judges put their beliefs and politics ahead of clearly-written law - except this time, what is at stake is not an election but a helpless woman's life.
Later down the thread she said ok, we could post the articles.
taglines are private property aren't they LOL?

Florida statutes include a feeding tube as life prolonging procedure thanks to Jim King. This may have been a self serving inclusion since we know that at least one of his parents had cancer.
The patient must meet the Statute definition of pvs. Greer used Dr Cranford's definition of pvs and not the state statute definition.
Euthanasia is illegal in Florida and it is a felony to deny food, water, and necessary care to an elderly or disabled person.
So you tell me if we don't have a direct conflict in our statutes.
Unfortunately, if Judge Greer finds the testimony of Michael's sister-in-law on that subject to be "clear and compelling evidence", no appeals court is allowed to question his judgement.
Yes, and that's why the whole legal system is flawed. Appeals courts are worthless when in comes to correcting errors in the original trial transcript. The Bible warns about failed legal systems in the future.
Welcome to the February Terri thread. Are you helping us or just dropping in?
