Personally I am sitting in France at 11pm, softly humming Amazing Grace. I'd sing it but I have a lousy voice.
....How sweet the soud that saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now I'm found, was blind but now I see.....

"The attorneys had asked Greer to set aside his order allowing her feeding-tube removed based on their contention that Terri Schiavo's due process rights were violated when she was not appointed independent legal representation."This was the BEST argument they had AND it is a winning argument. But ANY argument presented by the Schindler's in Judge Greer's courtroom, no matter how well based in the LAW, if it benefitted Terri, would not be a winning argument.
GREER MUST AT LEAST PAY WITH HIS CAREER, for this!!!!!!!!!!!!

Greer cannot even see. He didn't read the brief imo. He knew at the last hearing that he would reject voiding his death warrant. I'm not done helping yet, not at all. Freepers, I know you're not done helping yet either!
READY, SET, GO!!!

Uhhhhhh, reply 995 was in response to reply 981. It was not a response to your post.
Ummmmm, I just read YOUR post and well understand the implications. Thank you.

Interesting. All the people like us "watching" Judge Greer, had NO impact on his decisions or his behavior.

AP Vickie Cacheres, excerpted from tbo.com.
"Michael Schiavo is unlikely to inherit much of what was once more than $750,000 in a medical trust fund for his wife because most of it has been spent on legal bills in nearly eight years of litigation with her parents."
FV SAYS: The money was given to attorneys LITIGATING TO MURDER TERRI. THAT WAS TERRI'S REHAB MONIES!!!
See how they are trying to blame her parents for trying to save her life?

We are exposing him, not watching him. I don't do this for Greer, I do this to wake up our jaded leaders, many of them are GOP.

Actually, we have been doing both. Obviously, it doesn't matter to him.
But as FR grows in influence and importance, one of these days, Judge Greer and all the judges like him, are going to be sorry.

When is Greer going to be impeached and investigated?
Politicians in FL don't get investigated, particularly if they poll 65 percent in the last election. Popularity means everything in the "Sunshine State."

Tough Stuff, oops :-0
Sorry, I jsut read what you posted right after me and I didn't see that it was in reply to an earlier post. I guess I was just so rattled with the news I wasn't thinking straight. Sorry for pulling that one on ya. My mistake. But it's all between us Terri Freepers no harm no foal. Again, sory....

GREER MUST AT LEAST PAY WITH HIS CAREER
Wouldn't George W. Greer receive the same "retirement" pay if he left the bench Monday? It's the POWER and status that keeps the monster going, not retirement pay from the FL bench.
To: floriduh voter
I was reading some court transcripts today. It was a total setup job on Terri. Of particular interest is the doctors and who they were and what they do. If you want to read it, save some time and jump down to page 791.

You are right, TR. I wasn't even considering the retirement pay.
Greer should lose his current job and of course if he lost that he couldn't become CHIEF JUDGE, now could he?

Thanks for the link to the Trial. Of course this was a set up. They want to follow through because it will cause embarassment if Terri gets to live. I say let her live and if people are guilty of wrongdoing, let that be revealed.
I am appalled however at the weenie factor in Florida's govt. What if it were their daughter?

They want to follow through because it will cause embarassment if Terri gets to live. Yes, even the slouch court doctors were 'startled' and 'stuttering' when they had to view the Maxfield and Hammesfahr videos under cross-emamination. Nothing like getting paid to bear false witness.

What can I (in MIssouri) do? I can't believe that this judge is getting away with this.
