It turns out that according to the blog administrator at Baghdad Dweller that this message originated from mail.aljazeera.net.

Also, why would that post originate from mail.aljazeera.net? I wouldn't think they would use their mail server to surf the internet. Maybe their mail server is also a proxy server. Maybe the webserver is behind a NAT. Anybody have any other ideas as I'm still a little skeptical?
