So true. That's why it's so important for the IRS to pursue this investigation as aggessively as possible. It could have an impact far beyond the NAACP, particularly on the businesses JJ has been shaking down for so long and, in turn, on JJ's income.

Actually, I have very mixed feelings about all of this.

The Clintons used the IRS to audit almost every conservative organization in the country during their reign of terror.

I don't want to see that happen from our side, and I have no evidence that that has been the case.

In fact, I support and end to the IRS and its meddling in the affairs of the church and all charitable groups.

But fraud statutes would still stand, and what I'm saying doesn't change the fact that Jackson et al have abused the law and run protection rackets, literally, using the tax code as a cover.
