At least one killed in Tajikistan car bomb blast: official

DUSHANBE : At least one person was killed and four injured when a car bomb exploded in front of Tajikistan's emergencies ministry in the capital Dushanbe early on Monday, a ministry official told AFP.

The blast shattered many of the ministry's window panes, as well as several vehicles in the vicinity. Police and rescuers were on the premises.
