Scanning and imaging really helped with document storage. And online forms are great.

Online forms are great, and yes the document storage problems are reduced, but to actually use large documents for analytical purposes requires printouts (unless you have sufficient spare brainpower to build and manipulate the mental map). :-)
I hope you enjoy Dizzy's stuff. I'd recommend reading about his clashes with Peel and Gladstone from an outside perspective, too. Quite entertaining.
