I heard a CSPAN announcer mention that the event was coming up at 1 ET, so I've been assuming so. Did not hear the exact words that they will broadcast it, but got that impression. Why else would the announcer even mention it?

Fox has on the disgraced John Zogby, who does say the newly revised 60% turnout now estimated (downgraded from 72%) is still exceeding pre-election forecasts of 40-50% turnout.
Only watching in anticipation of seeing President Bush.
