As I watched Fing, I was thinking two things. One: The elections over now shut up and sit down. Two: Kerry is still waffling like a true weasel.
yes- it is must see TV.
It's an instant classic....on the Comedy Channel.
Mira Liasson says of the surprisinggly successful election..."Democracy is more than just an election". Another case of the democrats always raising the bar...that's so they won't have to acknowledge any Bush accomplishment.
Last night on CNNs Capital Gang, Margaret Carlson in responding to some question, prefaced her response by bashing Bush. Novaks really nailed her when he said, Margaret can't answer a single question without turning it into an opportunity to attack Bush. He's right, and it was good to hear it stated...and I might add...Margaret Carlson did NOT defend herself.
TV and radio are major wastelands up in my neck of the woods also. If I didn't have a satellite dish, I'd have nothing to watch.
Typical Kerry.
You don't even get American Idol, Judge Judy, Jerry Springer, etc etc?? How deprived you are down there! LOL!
I've come to the conclusion that if it's not in the NYT or WP, Tim doesn't know.
My bad. How could I have forgotten that one!
OMG!!!
I hate this dirtbag Lurch!!!!
"if only he could find his cia buddy" if only the moon weren't made of green cheese.
My VERY clear 4 point plan.
1) Train
2) Reconstruct
3) Get International Help
4) Elections
STOP CALLING THAT A "PLAN" YOU MORON KERRY! (Its an outline, and not even YOURS at that)
Just now watching FTN.
Biden and Lugar on now.
I refuse to watch MTP.
Reading comments here is quite enough.
That is the main problem with Russert during his interviews. Russert ALWAYS missed the chance for followups.
I believe Russert always give out his questions to his guest ahead of time and never changes his script.
Kerry did not mention the conditions placed on French and German help.
1. Pay saddams bills 100% (french governemnt guaranteed payment to french corporations doing business with saddam(
2. Uphold all contracts agreed by saddam. (saddam had agreed to euro-ize his oil pricing. This would have booted the US dollar as the reserve currency of Iraqi oil)
3. Put US military control outside the US military.
Those offers were sucker offers. (kerry would have sold out the USA.)
The headline at the end of the day will be that the wrong ink was used to stain the fingers and the election was a failure because plastic ballot boxes were used instead of metal.
And DAMN 25% of the iraqis refused to vote! (Instead of saying 75% did vote)
For democrats, the glass is not half full OR half empty, for democrats the glass is too big.
I had to turn Kerry off. I started dozing off and burned the bacon.
Limp noodle.
