Aside from quality protein, the principal purpose of eating fish is to access the omega 3 fatty acids. You really can't eat enough fish to do the job. Look for "molecularly distilled" fish oil with a high DHA/EPA content. The distillation process removes PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other toxins stored in the fat of cold water fish.
