There is nothing unconstitutional about changing laws that are counterproductive and unresponsive to reality. We have done it many times before.

I don't advocate ignoring laws. I advocate fixing the ones that are broken. Our current immigration policy is exascerbating the problem. If there is not enough labor in the US then some jobs will have to go to the workers outside the US and some US businesses will just fail.
