No more 99.99 % in Iraq! This is the figure of the Arabs' dictators except Saddam! He used to get 100%!
Surprisingly those who voted for the master of the mass graves are abstaining now!
Our voting is: No to the terrorists! No to the dictatorships! No to hate and racism! No to the fascists! No to the Nazis! No to the mentally retarded tyrants! No to the ossified, narrow-minded and intolerants!
The Iraqis are voting in few hours time for the new Iraq.
We are going to create our future by ourselves not by dictators.
We are going to say: Yes for the freedom and democracy! Yes for the civilized Iraq! Yes for peace and prosperity! Yes for coexistence! Yes for the New Iraq!
Let them bomb and kill us. It will not deter us! Let them send their dogs to suck our bones. We care not! Let them bark. It will not frighten us. Let them see how civilised to be free and democratic! Let them die by our vote tomorrow! It is the magic bullet which will kill them!
Welcome New Iraq. Welcome freedom and democracy. Welcome peace and prosperity for all nations with out exception but terrorists!
Its time! The time is now. The polls are open.
What! you mean Pres. Bush knows what he's talking about when he says all men want freedom? :o)
maybe he'll take a long drive off a short bridge
I think all it would take to sink Kennedy (no oun intended) would be to put that photo of him you put up on the front page of every newspaper - eGad...
Hallelujah! And bitter poison to the Democrats, who continue to deny, denigrate, demonize, and demoralize. Who in their wildest imagination would have thought such a thing could happen even two years ago?

Y'all know what to do if he offers you a lift, right?
BEST OF LUCK IRAQI'S!!
Liberty and Justice for ALL!
Godspeed
Woot this is it! The beginning of peacefulness and freedom, the end of the insurgency and the Democrats credibility.
God bless them all. What a great and magnificent thing they have done.
*GRIN* Puny thing that that was to start with :)
Fantastic!
God Bless them!
Heartfelt congratulations to the people of Iraq. Their polls just opened within the hour.
Mr. Kerrys wrong war in the wrong place at the wrong time has given self-governance to millions who have known only fear and ruthless oppression, and only had Saddams even more vile sons to look forward to. (Now the citizens of Iraq can look forward to the sweet blessings of bureaucratic inefficiency and mismanagement! LOL)
This quagmire has quickly enabled Iraqi citizens to be free to criticize their new leadership, and even those foreign powers that brought this new liberty. Rape rooms, summary execution, and torture chambers (featuring human shredders and amputation saws, not panties and photography) no longer greet dissenters. As modern American liberals currently say, dissent is a high form of patriotism. Whether one agrees with that sentiment or not, that act of verbal defiance is now an option for millions of hopeful souls.
They do not have to fear their new government eradicating entire villages with chemical nerve agents, as Saddam did to Iraqi Kurds in the early 90s. (Somehow, these particular weapons of mass destruction never got much mention by the Left.) They may now freely debate those issues that are important to them, whatever they may be.
Heres to hoping that the Free Iraqis vote for a strong military, as they will need it to secure the blessings of liberty.
Heres to hoping that military grows quickly enough that our brave soldiers can be thanked for their sacrifices and sent home amongst great fanfare. Theyve earned it.
Heres to hoping that the Free Iraqis vote for a holiday to honor the man who single-handedly (and *gasp!* without the French!) made this all possible.
Or they can vote for everything the West opposes, and they can tell us to stuff it! That is now their right, and long may they enjoy it.
We should all share in the joy of this historic and momentous occasion. After all, it was our own democratic process that selected a leader who had the will and courage to see this great day come to pass. What a shame that so many here (even today) hope for its failure, all so that a politician might be embarrassed.
Wow did anyone see that Iraq sunrise picture on MSNBC just now? This really is such a historic moment, could Iraq be the next U.S. state? Maybe in another decade I'll be able to take a vacation there.
bump
Thanks for the ping!
I predict even the French will be vacationing there in five years. (May the waiters spit in their soup.)
God bless President George W. Bush and the American people who elected him. This would not have happened with President Kerry.
The same article in the New York Times:
Election In Iraq Fraught With Problems, Violence
The line stretched on into the distance, made up of listless and bored Iraqis waiting for their chance to try out the 'voting' fad. "I don't know why we bother," remarked Abdul Quatai, 36, "After all, you hear about how George Bush stole the 2000 and 2004 elections in America, and you think 'what's the point?'".
The dreary day was only punctuated by the occasional explosion, as Iraqs brave freedom-fighters attempted to thwart what they called "an American puppet-show". One Iraqi police officer was killed, putting the total number of dead up to its highest total ever. "It's kind of sad," said Ahmad al-Terbaj, "People are dying because America insists on having it their way."
Boy, I think I have a future in the New York Times.
Let Freedom Reign!
