EL PASO, TX. - How did a baby become so badly injured, he ended up in the hospital? Little Jason Aguilar is no more than six weeks old. Although Baby Jason has only lived outside his mother's womb for 42 days, he now faces the possibility of death.
On January 25th EL Paso Police received a call from Thomason Hospital officials saying a baby had been admitted with "suspicious injuries." Police have not said how the baby came to be at the hospital. Child Protective Services (CPS) and the Police have only told ABC-7 that they are investigating the baby's injuries.
Furthermore, neither Police nor CPS are releasing the name of his parents; nor are they commenting the extent of his injuries. Both organization say that by law, that information can only be released if Baby Jason dies.
Baby Jason remains at thomason hospital in critical condition.
God almighty,what the hell is wrong with these folks?
There just has to be a special place in hell for people who do this to children.

Give me five minutes alone with the vermin (probably the boyfriend) that did this to this child, then let me deal with the mother.
Not much information in the article, but that's usually the drill. The boyfriend beats the innocent baby/toddler/child....and the poor excuse for a mother lets it happen. I'm not sure which of them is worse. Both are disgusting.

If the parents were not illegals, they would be releasing the names.

Yes that's true but that was New Mexico. They released the names of the parents of the 5 week old who was beaten before she died and the 3 week old's parents also --- but she was dead I think by that time.
It's really hard to imagine what a tiny newborn could do to get you this mad ---- not that it's better to beat a 2 year old --- but at least they're old enough to sass and show defiance.
KVIA El Paso says the baby has been hospitalized since 1/25/05 and the law says they can't release the names of the parents.
Crying. He/she was annoyed with the baby and all that mattered was his/her own comfort (silence). For people that would do such a thing, it is all about them.
