    These people are scum....chasing firefights. You got that right. Our son called yesterday from the green zone. He said it was getting a little noisier there but. it had really hit him what a historic time in Iraq's history he is witnessing.

    Of course, it indulges the laziness of the bulk of the MSM reporters. They go over with an agenda to report all that is bad and the terrorists happily oblige by murdering people close enough that the reporters can take footage from their balconies.

    The terrorists stage most of the bombings etc in the vicintity of the media hotels, I've read. And suddenly one rocket attack becomes breaking news! Even terrorists know how predictable the MSM is.

    Hi PKM! Typical MSM propaganda. The terrorist jihadi's have a very strong friend in the western media.

    Skerry is on MTP for an hour tomorrow with Russert. I won't watch but I'm sure he's going to badmouth this election.

    I wonder how many Americans would vote if we had to take the same risks these Iraqis are taking. I think not many. Heck, we complain about lines.

    Breathes there the man with soul so dead
 Who never to himself hath said,
 This is my own, my native land!
 Whose heart hath neer within him burned,
 As home his footsteps he hath turned
 From wandering on a foreign strand!
 If such there breathe, go, mark him well;
 For him no minstrel raptures swell;
 High though his titles, proud his name,
 Boundless his wealth as wish can claim
 Despite those titles, power, and pelf,
 The wretch, concentred all in self,
 Living, shall forfeit fair renown,
 And, doubly dying, shall go down
 To the vile dust from whence he sprung,
 Unwept, unhonored , and unsung.

You were right. Sir Walter Scott.
"This is My Country" starts, "What difference if I hail from north or south....."

    Greta looking for the danger level. She is looking for blood. They should shut off the 24/7 news cycle for two hours....the media is really harming their (tattered) reputation.

    Blue fingers to show who's already voted might not be such a bad thing to start at our own voting places......would eliminate some of those multiple voters so prevalent in the democrat ranks.
