Yeess! Good for them! I think we may see a turn around in the attitude of the people now and they will do more to defeat the terrorists. It is now "their" country.

Thats what the Dems and MSM don't understand freedom ALWAYS wins.

Yeah, and every morning she wakes up with a smile on her face because she knows that she has been sleeping with the President of the Good ol' US of A. I'm sure she does! : )

Freedom wins.
And long may she reign!

I just heard Jesse Jackson say that "Today we have democracy out of occupation at gunpoint." Discuss.Anti-reverend, anti-husband, anti-father, anti-man just planting another IED (Internal Enemies Device)...a lie.

The Iraqi voters have defied all hose who want President Bush's policy to fail. The Iraqi voters have defied Kennedy, Kerry, Levin, Leahy, Pelosi, Nelson (FL), Dayton, Boxer, Clinton, Schumer, Biden, Barney Frank, Feinstein, the rest of the Jackass Party of Amercia, the MSM, and the terrorists too.

They're throwing in the towel! They don't really have much choice, do they?
They were so hoping that this would be a failure and instead, it is a resounding success.
I knew it would be all along (and have said so on here many times) just by what the Iraqis I interact with have been saying.

(VOTE - Let Freedom Reign)
To: mainepatsfan
The Left wants to deny freedom to others. That's why they opposed the war and were so enamored of Saddam Hussein. To them freedom is a good thing only as long as people do what they want. Otherwise its just another insidious means of oppression. J.J in that regard is a typical Leftist.

Just awaking here.....and I see that the turnout is about 72%. I caught, also, a headline that a bus was exploded.....what's the news on that? I also read 25 have been killed today. Prayers for their families....
Anything else I missed?

We should start calling traitors like Jesse Jackson and Ted Kennedy 'Baathists.' They are, after all, soul brothers.

The jesse jackson/ted kennedy/john f. kerry faction of bitter control freaks protesting in Madrid. I guess they're mad the Iraqi people didn't follow their example(Spanish) of capitulating to the terrorist thugs.
People shout slogans during a protest in central Madrid January 30, 2005. Marchers were protesting Iraq (news - web sites) holding national elections under what they called U.S occupation. At least 10 suicide attacks targeted polling stations and voters on Sunday, but Iraqis still voted in large numbers. REUTERS/Susana Vera
