It is now 3 am in Iraq the polls will be opening in the next few hours as the world watches and hold's it breath. Iraq is about to undertake a historic vote.
Lets wish them well....... please post all comments and election photos to this thread.
Amen swheats.
It'll take too long for me to figure out where the CNN station is....I NEVER go there, lol.
Geraldo is getting choked up.
Geraldo is cracking me up!
Go Iraqis!!!
He's verklempt!!
How many people will Geraldo get killed today... that's really the question. I give this guy Achmed two weeks.
I'll give you a topic... geraldo is neither conservative or liberal, DISCUSS!
What did the sh*tbag say now?
And the thing is: These are citizans in the a Sunni Triangle town who are turning out to vote in big numbers! Interviewing an Iraqi citizen now who saying he in voting to defy the terrorists!
I know he gets a lot of ribbing from people who remember the impeachment days, but Geraldo is OK by me, at least since he came over to Fox.
Now Chalabi in on the line :-)
His excitement comes across to me as very genuine!
Why is Jesse Jackson on TV? He has absolutely no more business being on TV than I do.
Tough luck Jesse Jeckson. They will vote today in Iraq. They will vote in Iraq again.
Jesse Jackson's days are past. Adulterer and lowlife womanizer and maker of bastards. Good riddance!
He's just plain weird.
Sometimes Geraldo is Great.
Looks like more people are showing up at the polls. I really didnt expect much activity in the first couple of hours, but it seems to be coming alive now. Around nine in the morning is when Baghdad gets started.
At the moment, its quiet on the outside again. Black Hawks and Chinooks are patrolling the skies as they do on any ordinary day. Havent even seen any of the fighter jets go over in the last couple of hours.
Theyre going to vote
.sorry to disappoint you, MSM, but the Iraqis are just late risers. I think were going to see increasing crowds at the polls from here on in.
I was just thinking the same thing.
Christianne Amanpour: A walking burka advertisement
I agree!
CNN showing very long lines at a polling place.
Check out the vest he's sportin'. I love his enthusiasm, it has been in my heart since the stories of Iraqis voting in the US started rolling in last night.
good lord....everytime I see Christian Amanpour I think I'm seeing some guy in drag after a bad hangover in SF
