That is truly a unique picture. Although...I imagine democrats viewing it have just picked up a new technique for voting multiple times in 2008. Just throw that black cape on and get back in line.
No it's not new! The Dims used this technique in the 1960 Presidential Election to get John F. Kennedy into Office. Joe Kennedy enlisted the help of none other than Chicago's Mayor Daly to institute what was called: "Four-Legged Voting" (one could see four legs under the drawn curtains in the voting booths). A polling center assistants would "help" voters in their selections.
