Mexico says U.S. Threat Exaggerted
This week the US State department issued a travel warning for Americans for the area in Mexico across from Loredo, Texas. 27 Americans have disappeared, been kidnapped or killed since September, 2004 in that area.

Oh, really, Mr. Fox? And yet your government is threatening to take the US and Arizona to the International court for its peoples passage of propostion 200.
The Bribocracy known as the Mexican government is out of control.
The Mexican government takes every chance to dictate to the USA policy on illegal immigrants and their"rights". As Tom Ridge said last week about Mexico's foreign minister Creel, " I like calling him Amigo"
As if publishing and distributing a "how to guide" for illegal aliens by the Mexican government wasn't enough of an insult, now they have the nerve to tell the USA ("a foreign government")to not express itself.

BORDER CROSSING IN 17 EASY STEPS By Michelle Malkin · January 06, 2005 12:24 PM
That Mexican comic book for illegal aliens is available at the Mexico government's website here.
Dale Franks offers a unique translation of the guide at Q and O.
Meanwhile, the Arizona Republic reports that Rep. J.D. Hayworth (R-AZ.) has written a letter of protest to the Mexican government urging a halt to its distribution of a new how-to comic book providing safety information for border crossers, calling it "state-sponsored illegal immigration."
"As an act of good faith, I call on your government to immediately cease the distribution of the Guide for the Mexican Migrant, which is only the latest flagrant example of the Mexican government's lack of respect for U.S. laws," Republican Hayworth wrote Tuesday to Mexican Ambassador Carlos de Icaza..."Mexico's state sponsorship of illegal immigration is nothing less than an act of deliberate hostility against the United States - an attack on our sovereignty - and it must cease before it does permanent damage to our relationship."--snip

If the Mexican leaders heads weren't firmly implanted, they'd realize they have plenty to address within their nation's border. When they get those matters under control, they can start worrying about problems outside that border.
Its time to add another line to that most famous of hymns..the Marine. How does it go now?
"From the halls of.."
Invade and conquer!

They OUGHT to be cruising for a war. How we can keep up this farce of friendly relations with this country that wants nothing but to rape and pillage us and then turn us into a socialist turd-world craphole like they are is beyond me. All this dictating about what we may or may not do while their behavior may not even be remarked upon makes me want to go down there and bitch slap that coke-drinkin' sonofabitch myself!
"Bribocracy"--perfect description! And it should be noted that much of what is going on now has always gone on to one degree or another. The State Dept. should have issued warnings like these years ago. Our neighbors once took a trip through Mexico in their car. They were robbed, they were jailed on trumped up charges, and it took thousands in bribes to hire a "lawyer" who would arrange their release. This was in 1982!
I tell you what, I know I'm on the borderline here and I hope I don't get censured, but if bodies start turning up in the desert it wouldn't surprise me at all, not at all.

Yhat quote in number 2 sounds like it was written in bejing.
Mexico is a place that I would support US OCCUPATION!
That Government can figure out where they went wrong from the inside of a 6x12.
I have an idea: we offer the states of Mexico the opportunity to join the U.S.A. in a manner similar to the way sovereign European nations can join the EU. Groups could form in each Mexican state to sponsor a plebiscite in those states, in which those citizens wishing their state to become part of the U.S.A. would vote. If the majority of the people in a given Mexican state voted to join the U.S.A., Congress would pass legislation annexing that state, which would then elect a governor, two senators, and Representatives in accordance with its population. Federal forces would then occupy the state until a National Guard unit could be formed to secure the borders. Meanwhile, FBI and other Federal agents could prosecute Emes, narcotraficantes, and crooked cops/judges under tough U.S. laws.
Advantages: End of gangster government in annexed Mexican states. End of border, immigration problems along boundaries of state. Imposition of U.S. law and regulation (wage/labor, environmental, etc.) would hold criminals accountable in "clean" U.S. courts. Improved education and sanitation. New population, natural resources, and opportunities for businesses and investors. Enlargement of U.S. territory, prestige, and tax base. Geographic advantages (new ports, coastal access, proximity to Panama Canal) would increase U.S. national security options. Annexation would free up Border Patrol, Immigration personnel for duty elsewhere.
Disadvatages: New states would likely require Federal aid for some time. New citizens would be poor, less-educated. Extensive infrastructure repair and construction would be required. We would have to fight a war with the gangsters in Mexico City. We would also probably have to fight a guerrilla war with the local narcotraficantes and la Eme.
