So, the people of the State of Washington, and their elected public servants, have a problem IN THEIR STATE whereas they can't discharge their constitutionally assigned duty to conduct proper elections, and you blame the GOP and claim that they are getting what THEY deserve?

The people of Washington are getting what THEY deserve...a Democrat in office, so they should get THEIR asses in gear and take care of their State.

You're either another big government liberal who thinks yourself a conservative, or a liberal in disguise undermining the GOP.

Here is what another Constitution (the one for the United States of America) says:

article 4.section1 "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government."

article 1 section 4 " The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators."

The Federal Government does in deed have the power, authority and responsibility to protect the public's right to a fair vote. And yes to defend the Constitution of the United States and our way of life.
