"So, the people of the State of Washington, and their elected public servants, have a problem IN THEIR STATE whereas they can't discharge their constitutionally assigned duty to conduct proper elections, and you blame the GOP and claim that they are getting what THEY deserve?"

Here is what another Constitution (the one for the United States of America) says:

article 4.section1 "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government."

article 1 section 4 " The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators."

The Federal Government does in deed have the power,authority and responsibility to protect the public's right to a fair vote. And yes to defend the Constitution of the United States and our way of life.

The Federal government having the power to do something does not relieve the people of the State of Washington from either their Constitutional duties, or their responsibilities as citizens, so in fact, the people of the State of Washington have failed the GOP, and as a result of their failure, they are getting what they deserve.

A Republican form of government does not BY FAR mean that the Federal government will assume the responsibility that the citizens and the government of any given State will not discharge.

The problem in Washington came about as a result of the failure of the people of Washington to conduct proper elections...the solution is not further Federal interference with the States, but rather that the people of the State demand better government from their elected officials.

One last thing...you are being naive in believing that all voter fraud is committed by Democrats.
