He may not yet be a murderer, but I believe he's responsible for our Terri's condition. And now he wants to kill the only witness to the crime - our Terri.
Any rational and resonable man with half a heart would have by now let go of our Terri and let her parents take care of her. This monster isn't because he's afraid that our Terri may someday point her finger Michael.

I was thinking of offering him immunity in addition to what's left of the money. But acceptance of immunity would imply that he's responsible for Terri's condition, which, I believe, he is. No, I don't think the monster will accept immunity.
He just wasn't to see Terri dead. That is his main freakazoid concern.

Hildy, please get even your basic talking points straight if you are gonna try to defend her husband's side. They never say she was anorexic, but bulimic. Even though it's been widely reported that way, it is still only a talking point. Not fact. There are any number of reasons that could have caused Terri's initial collapse, and some of them are downright suggestive of domestic violence.
I have been providing you on other threads legitimate reasons why there is something more sinister here, but you continually want to overlook these facts. Open your eyes! You are getting close. Don't keep your head buried in the sand like an ostrich. Doesn't the fact that the judge is continually allowing Terri to be housed in a hospice facility tell you anything about the less than ideal way this case has been handled? Have you never heard of corruption?
Interesting the way you say he may not yet be a murderer. Are you wondering about his parents, or his pseudo-mother-in-law, perhaps?

I am not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV, but I suspect that if the case is ever investigated and Michael is found guilty of a BOTCHED ATTEMPTED MURDER, I would think that would have pretty serious implications. In addition, he seems to have been violating ADA laws for years and I believe he could possibly be charged for serious abuse...possibly among other things.
Old Sparky is too good for him. 25 years in a 6 x 6 cell, no windows, and fed with a tube. That's what he deserves.
