I saw him being interviewed on TV and he layed the blame at Hillary's doorstep saying he had the documents to prove it and he was going to co-operate with the feds. It's probably that case!

and the only way she would ever be convicted is if the evidence was overwhelming and incontrovertible. otherwise, if she is charged and gets off, she will spin that into a political plus for herself - she always gains politically when she can be the "victim" of something.
