It would be wonderful to see a new election, but I won't hold my breath.

It will never happen. The Dem's stole it fair and square. If this honest judge says that there was fraud and there needs to be a new election, the Dem's will just appeal to the 9th circuit, they'll win there and the SCOUS will refuse to hear the case. Election over. period.
Yea, be very proud of the Dem. Party people. This is just the spring board for future elections.
More to follow ...

When asked if they favored having another gubernatorial election as Republicans are urging, the poll results were 53% saying yes; 35% saying no; and 12% undecided.Good news, but then again, they don't think the courts will allow it. However it is nice to see that a majority of Washingtonians believe that Fraudoire is an illegitimate governor, thanks to the King County SSR.

TIME FOR A RECALL !!!! DO IT WASHINGTON!!
It's way past time to stand up and be counted. It's way past time to show the dems THEY DO NOT RULE AMERICA ANYMORE.

How in the world can 6% STILL BE UNDECIDED? If they can't even make a decision nearly 3 months after the election, with everything that has been going on, they should have their voting rights suspended. Good grief!

"The problem for Gregoire is that regardless of who they voted for, people believe that she stole the election and her unfavorable numbers are extremely high which means voters are not willing to give her a benefit of the doubt, She and the RATS could not care less, being firmly ensconced in the driver's seat. With a Rat-dominated legislature, they'll push through anything the want with no regard to the wishes of the majority. Same old same old for WA state.

I intend, as governor, to be bold. I intend to be decisive, Gregoire said.
I intend to restore confidence in government.
Im not going to shy away from any issue. "I intend to steal this race. I intend to get my way, dammit."
"I intend to restore a lying Democrat to the Govenors house.
I'm not going to shy away from cheating in any manner I can." Gregoire said.

I have been following this even though I am in AZ. Why do you think the 9th circuit will overturn? Do you think the circuit court will be biased by the party line? BTW I think the next step would be the State Supreme Court. I would expect the 9th circuit to refuse to hear the case whichever way it goes.

Won't work. The dems waited until they got the results that were required and took their ball home.
I suggest moving East as a viable option.

From Article:
"When asked if they believed that courts will allow a revote, 41% said yes; 55% said no; and 4% were undecided."Where's the power of positive thinking?

I can't imagine that there aren't riots going on. This makes for active revolutionary tactics. Remembering Solzhenitsyn saying how outlandish it was that the people did nothing when the soldiers came for them. Oh well, the Super Bowl is coming & that's more important, right.

People on the right support Rossi because he's a good guy and would make a great leader in Olympia.
People on the left support Fraudoire because she's a democrat and would make a Democrat in Olympia.....

The Washington state constitution specifically says that recalls can only be done for malfeasance. A very high legal standard. All a recount needs is a that the number of votes in question exceeds the margin of victory.
