He is innocent until proven guilty.
"He is innocent until proven guilty"
No, conserv13, he is not guilty in the eyes of the law until he is proven guilty but that has little or nothing, unfortunately, to do with whether he actually committed the crimes. There are many guilty persons who have beaten the rap. For Jackson, I believe he is certainly warped in his relationships with children and, whether he has committed a crime or not or whether he is exonerated or found guilty, I will have nothing whatsoever to do with him and will advise all parents to keep their children from him. He is a sick man who needs intensive therapy if not institutionalizing, if for nothing else than his self-mutilation.
"He is innocent until proven guilty."
He's been proven guilty time and time again. He admitted to sleeping in the bed with children and he has pictures of naked children in his house. Guilt is something metaphysical, and not something dished out by the courts. If he dies before the trial concludes, will God look at him and say, "You know, you were never actually convicted - come on through!" If God exists, the answer would be no. "Innocent until proven guilty" is a nice policy, but a guilty person is never innocent simply because it hasn't yet been proven. If he gets off this time, he should avoid dark alleys.
