I'm a new poster. Been browsing this site for a couple months -- decided to join to chime in about the BHC Outreach Center. I live on the outskirts of the Quad Cities, in an adjoining rural county.
My niece attended the Blackhawk Outreach GED program a few years ago. She still lived at home when she attended. My brother withdrew her from the program after a few weeks because she was receiving repeated and escalating threats of physical violence from a couple other female students. He contacted the school to try and resolve the problem, but they didn't respond.
According to my niece, nasty physical fights between the students, especially the females, was a regular occurrence.

This is interesting and something worth contacting a local reporter about. Especially in light of Adrienne's murder. It seems from what you are saying that BHC is and has not been immune to "problems."
