This is interesting and something worth contacting a local reporter about. Especially in light of Adrienne's murder. It seems from what you are saying that BHC is and has not been immune to "problems."

I't's no secret that Blackhawk isn't immune to problems, so the article you posted surprised me. And aside from the violence, I picked my niece up from the center a couple of times. They're were obviously underage students standing in the school parking lot smoking cigarettes and otherwise misconducting themselves. Adults (that my niece said were teachers) would walk right by the kids without saying a word.
