WPB shop owner Nicolas Jacobsen says he wishes the Trumps well. Still, he's going to sue them.

Unlike vendors who provided food, transportation, the entertainment, the dress and the rings for the wedding, Jacobsen wanted to be paid — in full. But Jacobsen, who owns Classic Chandeliers on Southern Boulevard, says he has been waiting for nearly two months for The Donald to finish paying the $33,997 for three fancy chandeliers installed in the new Mar-a-Lago ballroom

He's apparently just a pee on. Everyone in Palm Beach knows the real Trump. Let's just say it begins with a capitol A.

Try "floating" your car payment for 90 days. Or any of your other bills. You'd be "repoed".

But he's "The Donald."

I'm a lawyer in Florida. I've done some bankruptcy work from the creditor side over the years. There was a point in which the Donald was threatening to throw some of his prime properties into bankruptcy. He was just trying to negotiate a better deal for himself, and it worked.

I saw him on TV (want to say OReilly) a few days ago. He was asked about some of his investors who say that he screwed him. He responded that no one has gotten screwed. Some of them might THINK they've gotten screwed, but they haven't gotten screwed.

If he hadn't been born into a rich family, he'd be a used car salesman today.

Only the "Little People" have to pay on time. my brother has a company that sells janitorial/cleaning supplies. Several of his most wealthiest clients who own business usually pay at the 90-120 day level. The small mom and pop shops pay right away. He had one of his largest accounts(and one of the wealthiest owners) tell him if you don't like it I'll buy elswhere.

Trump owns the parking lot that Nick's customers park their cars on. Donald will shut the lot down if Nick complains. That is how Trump got rich.

Why is he bitching. 60 days is standard in construction - 60 days you bitch, 120 days you scream, 150 days you go lien.

From Yahoo!:

"Knauss posed for a traditional pre-wedding portrait in the gown and her $1.5 million engagement ring, and untraditionally shared it with the world on the cover of Vogue magazine. The Christian Dior original, which reportedly cost $200,000, has 300 feet of satin and a 13-foot train that took 550 hours to embroider. It weighs 50 pounds — so much that the bride will slip into a lighter Vera Wang dress after the couple's first dance."

I tolerated Trump until I saw him refer to his "good friend Denise Rich" on The Apprentice

Hi Professional,
Not true. I co-represent Mr. Jacobsen in two lawsuits against Donald Trump. The big pink building that houses Classic Chandeliers, as well as eight (8) other tenants, AND the parking lot are owned solely by Nicholas Jacobsen, owner of Classic Chandeliers. He paid cash for both many years ago. In fact, Flannigan's Seafood Grill (across the street) pays Nicholas a couple hundred dollars a month to use his parking lot for overflow on busy nights. Kindest Regards, Brian
