I love how it's always mentioned, oops, never mentioned, that the MPs who submitted this made up 4.4% of the Duma. Oh that's right, if you mention that, then the whole hit piece falls apart from lack of credibility. But if you don't mention the 450 and 4.4% fact then you have something to attack with.
