Perhaps the Mexican government should have considered "educating" these folks many years ago. Now, the US taxpayer is shouldered with the responsibility of doing so.

As far as this clown going to the International Courts is concerned, we don't belong to the International Court. Or did they sneak it through like they did Specter?
Protection and Promotion of Worker Rights

-- Procedural guarantees in the Agreement will ensure that workers and employers will continue to have fair, equitable and transparent access to labor tribunals/courts.
-- Parties established a process for further cooperation on labor matters, including possible joint cooperative activities to advance common objectives and work on labor law and practice in the context of the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

I think. because of the way it is worded, that even though the agreement was signed with Australia, a worker of any nationality can claim against the US if it doesn't follow the ILO standards mentioned in this agreement.
I think quite a few eyeballs are in the stage of opening, perhaps they may even find the courage to remove their RNC blinders.
Now whether or not these people will be willing to admit the President, Congress and the Senate have been selling us down the river to the cheapest bidder remains to be seen.

Oh, BS. We are still a soverign country and this jerk can't do anything with his international court. We don't belong for one thing and for another they have no control over our federal laws or state laws or any of our laws. He can posture all he wants but it won't do the idiot any good. AZ will still have the law and the illegals will still be affected by it.
I thought the WTO was just a trade organization? I was also under the impression that President Bush has refused to sign the treaty with the world court? ` I think we are rapidly approaching the point where the citizens are going to have to get VERY LOUD to the traitors in our government to get their attention, if you know what I mean. This is pure insanity. The last thing we need is meddling by the world court, albeit our Supreme Court Judge Sandra has publicly stated that she follows world opinion and not our Constitution, thus violating her oath of office -- which should make her eligible for removal or impeachment.
So, I can claim Social Sec. benefits from Germany, England, France, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Holland and their citizens don't have a damn thing to say about it? And their Gov's HAVE to pay! This could get real interesting.
For his refusal in helping keep Mexicans in Mexico, how many years do we subtract?
