DEFINITELY LBJ as planner and operator--He had the most to benefit. He wasn't wanted on the ticket by JFK. He had a previous history of getting well-rid of opponents. He had the position to coverup any followup investigation. His security guards covered him in Dealey Plaza but JFK's were pulled off before the procession began. Yep, LBJ had his spiritual finger on the trigger.
