I was just thinking about that guy (Al Kaprelian) when I saw the title. When I first saw one of his reports, I thought it was one of those comedy skit shows like Saturday Night Live. He was just so over the top with his high-pitched voice and mannerisms that I figured it couldn't possibly be the real thing. But it was.
