The thing is ? the dirt on Kennedy most likely is true, but, when ever the the DEMS/LIBS ( knowing a dem by their stripes ) will pull any dirty trick in the book to get anything on anyone, even if it is not true, they will twist the truth, manufacture things, theories, stories to fit their agenda.
