I live 20 miles west of Boston, and woke up this morning to 8 degrees and frozen pipes that burst and took out my garage ceiling.
Cost me $813 just to be able to flush my toilets again -- not counting what it will cost us to repair the damaged ceiling. Not to mention that my sunroom is leaking from the weight of 2-1/2 feet of snow on the roof.
Global warming my butt.

Whoa! is right!
I've been through MINUS 60 F wind chills (on a clear, bright winter's day) in
OKLAHOMA CITY
and endured some hellacious frozen ice/sleet storms in northern Oklahoma.
But that photo looks like something from the interior of Sibera.
Except the houses are much nicer!
