To be honest, I was never a huge fan of Dr. Mallove or his work. Still, a Freeper was murdered, and the crime has not been solved. Let's all pray for justice. I can't beleive that his credit cards weren't used in Foxwoods after the murder, but I'm sure that the police have checked that lead.

sorry if I missed the obvious, but what was his freeper name?
To: Revelation 911
I forget his exact FReeper name, but it was something Mallove.

I don't know that he was a Freeper, but he was championed by a Freeper who regularly posted his crackpot theories.

That was eight months ago, and...Some of that DNA evidence - the best hope of tying someone to the scene - still hasn't come back from Connecticut's state lab. What can possibly be the reason for this. Eight months to get a report from a state financed lab. I don't know this person, but this is pretty outrageous it seems to me.

Yes, if memory serves.

Yes, I looked it up. Cold Fusion and Zero Point Energy.
God bless Dr Mallove. Violent death is a terrible thing.
To: maestro
.....more? He was a huge proponent of "new energy" in a way that I thought started to get away from science and into cheerleading. But, that's neither here nor there. One of ours has been murdered, and I pray for justice.

It certainly is.

Cold Fusion, wasn't it?Indeed. Why the crackpot label, I wonder?

Mallove, 56, was found on the lawn outside his childhood home at 119 Salem Turnpike in Norwich, Conn., just before 11 p.m. on May 15, beaten around the head and neck. He had been cleaning the property with plans to rent it, and a friend has told Connecticut reporters that he was with Mallove until 7 p.m. When the friend passed by the house an hour later, he noticed Mallove's green van was gone. ............an hour later?
.......8p.m.?
or,... Midnight?
Also,....why would it be 'unusual' for the van to NOT be there ?

Because he tried to argue that the reason he couldn't market them was that the patent office was refusing to grant him a patent. The same arguments used by the magnetic fuel polarizers, 100 mpg carburetors etc..
