I think it would be instructive for FReepers to look into this possiblity. If it is actually possible legally. There must be some constitutional experts among us.

---Yeah, right. Just who, that's electable, will step in and run against her? ---

Not that it matters, since there is 0% chance of this actually happening, but Bruce Herschensohn came the closest to beating her . . . back in 1992, I believe.

Don't know why she was re-elected in the first place. GET HER OUT.

She was re-elected because she represents nutballs like herself. As much as I might disagree with her and her constituent's politics, at least she represents them well, which is more than I can say about some of the RINO's I've voted for.

"DU is supposedly boycotting his advertizers and mass mailing his station."

What blows my mind is that they think this will make a difference. The radio station isn't stupid enough to think that these loons are Roberts listeners anyway. All this does is give free publicity to Roberts and the station.

"Per U.S. Constitution, U.S. Senators cannot be recalled no matter which state they are from. The California Recall only applies to statewide officeholders."

You're right. Congressmen/women, and Senators must be impeached.   The house could impeach her, but, with the present makeup and demeanor of the U.S. Senate, obtaining 60 votes for conviction would be next to impossible.   For sure Boxer needs an old fashioned spanking.   Having her censored and rebuked would the first step.

But she can be deported. She has violated her oath of office and her oath of cizenship. She is fraudulently naturalized. Not that there's any importance in enforcing the law.

I just saw Tom Campbell at the grocery store 2 weeks ago. I would really like to see him run against Boxer.

Perhaps a new term is in order for this type of mindset and/or activity.

How about COMMUNAZIS/COMMUNAZISM. This term encorporates all the negative connotations of both.

But she can be deported.

This is news to me. How would it work? Would we send her back to New York?
