In Illinois, it's now a crime to buy more than two packages of over-the-counter cold medication at a time.
Arkansas and Oklahoma have similar idiocy. Cold meds are required to be kept behind the counter or in the storage room. Signs are posted to 'ask clerk' for them. By the time I get to the checkout, I've forgotten to ask. Ironically, I don't think the drug stores or pharmacy sections of stores are required to keep them under lock and key.

What's with these Panhandle names? (Tula Ellice Finklea for example.)
