If you're a man, you're a man. If you're a woman, you're a woman.
Grow up and act like it.

"
"gender identity" as a "person's sex or gender-related identity, appearance, and behavior whether or not stereotypically associated with the person's assigned sex at birth.""
You know one of the results of all this, don't you?
People, when needing to use public restrooms (especially at sporting events) will determine their "gender identity" based upon which restroom has the shorter line.
Count on it.

"Instead of having only mens rooms and ladies rooms, they should spend tax payers money and build a third bathroom labeled," And anything in between!" that should cover it!"
You took the words out of my mouth.

Don't laugh. That's basically what we did in Wisconsin - has a male and female figure separated by a slash to indicate use by either.

I find some perverted jerk entering a washroom that my wife is in and he may get a good drink from the bowl.

So what happens when the Pedophiles figure out if they wear a dress they can get compromised access to young girls? FREAKING UNBELIEVABLE!

Now why would they want to stand in line to go to the ladies room when there's no waiting for the men's room? That's just silly.

Never paid much attention to the women using the mens room.
And when some guy feels that he has to wear a dress. I don't think finding a piece is among his top priorities.
To: hobson
Actually they want to stand in line because they are afraid of being assaulted in the mens room.

""gender identity" as a "person's sex or gender-related identity, appearance, and behavior whether or not stereotypically associated with the person's assigned sex at birth."" This makes it sound as though the doctor made a clerical error on the birth certificate.
"Assigned sex at birth?" Give me a break. At a minimum, they should be intellectually honest about the whole thing.

Liberals rarely think hard about the consequences of proposed new policies. On the contrary, Liberals fully understand and promote the consequences of those policies. In order to remake society they believe all connection with the past must be severed because knowledge of the past gives rise to Tradition which detracts from the proper remoulding of society and they must eliminate all extant traditions and morals, which are, themselves, tradition. A whole new human nature cannot be installed into a population so long as people have any notions whatever about right and wrong that are holdovers from the past. The elite, of course must retain some knowledge of past practices else they would not be able to feed themselves, much less transform the rest of society.

Exactly. How many rapists would avail themselves of the opportunity to prey on females in bathrooms by simply putting on some heels, a wig and a dress?
Well, truth be told, that has probably already happened. Most rapists wouldn't be concerned about getting prosecuted for a restroom violation in addition to the rape charge.
But I still think this is a bad idea.
