Teachers are forbidden by law from questioning evolution. [Sorry, I don't have the citations.] It is not the children that are disciplined, it is the teachers that are forbidden for raising any criticism.

Check out LeVake v. Independent School District No. 656

Science welcomes criticism. However, the Bible is not a source for cogent criticism. It is religion.

On top of that, creationism misinterprets the Bible. There is less credibility in the peculiar literalist take the creationist have on the Bible than their science. At least they have no science. The theology they present turns people away from God and is therefore a negative occurrence.

Teachers are forbidden by law from questioning evolution.

Their job is to teach science. Refusing to teach evolution is like refusing to teach gravity. Evolution is science, at least according to the scientific community. Unless you can provide a link otherwise... I have tons of links to major science institutions denouncing ID and supporting evolution, just ask... But I'm really curious to see how you back up your claim that evolution is not true.
