The problem is really begins in the mirror. Why do we refuse to talk about Islam in plain english ?
I hear nothing about Islamic historical colonialism or ethnocide. We see next to nothing on a range of groups persecuted under Islamic rule in main stream papers.

About 90% of the members of FreeRepublic view all Muslims as hopelessly violent, incorrigible fanatics and the 'evil spawn of Satan.' Others support GWB's straight foward and forgiving Christian view of Islam. Freepers who post opinions which are identical to President Bush's are risking pile-on-flame-attacks.
