PARKER'S PREVIOUS 'MELTDOWN' (Dim Pol Who Punched Traffic Agent)

Pol hit by new accusation.

An ex-aide accused state Sen. Kevin Parker of putting her into a headlock in an angry confrontation two years ago that foreshadowed Parker's slugfest this week with a traffic agent, sources said yesterday.

The Senate's Democratic leader, Sen. David Paterson of Manhattan, confirmed that Parker's aide, Neysha Williams, reported the March 2003 incident to his staff, but said he did not know of the alleged headlock.

Williams alleged Parker (D-Brooklyn) shoved her out of his office during a "screaming, finger-pointing" confrontation, said Paterson.

"She said the shoving could have been inadvertent, so she wasn't going to bring charges against him," the senator said. "But she expected us to talk to him.

"My counsel and my chief of staff then talked to him, and I talked to Kevin. He said there was an argument, but no physical contact," Paterson recounted.

"And I said, 'Whichever way it was, you had better be happy that she doesn't want to make an issue out of it.' "

Parker, who was charged with third-degree assault after an incident Thursday in which he allegedly punched a traffic agent in the face after the agent wrote him a ticket, yesterday said it was the agent's fault.

"In fact, I am the victim in this case," Parker told reporters. "I am confident that after all the facts have been revealed, I will be exonerated of all charges."

Last year, a political opponent, Wellington Sharpe, went to police alleging that Parker shoved him in public during a Haitian Flag Day parade in May on Eastern Parkway in Flatbush.

Hillary looks excited. She looks like the day she was taking a bath as a four year old in Illinois, and she decided to play with one of her bath toys her Dad had given her........ a toaster.

Senator Kevin Parker is committed to restoring the overall quality of life for the constituents of the 21st Senatorial District in Brooklyn.

LOL!   This is the first line in Parker's official biography.

Parker wasn't very good at doing his own name, but was clearly dissed by the parking cop, and therefore innocent. ;o)
