I see you were a Marine as I was; as mentioned on this forum before I did not fight overseas. I am willing to cut this guy some slack, he went over there, he served. If he wants to accept the consequences of his actions (not going back) why do you have no sympathy?>

I'm glad he's willing to accept the consequences. My point is that he's been in for 12 years. He knew he could be called to combat. He is reneging on his obligation and I have no sympathy.
