Yes, I found it pretty ill informed. No mention of the 283 apparent patent violations found by OSRM, no mention of how Red Hat has lost 70% of their value in the last 8 months, and no mention of the countless versions of Red Hat and Novell being copied and renamed the world over, without a dime back to the US economy. Pretty irresponsible, IMO.

None of those topics was the point of the article. Consider that it was written as a semi-history and an explanation of the organization developing Linux, it was very well written. The other topics you mentioned don't concern this at all.

You managed to cram fud, ignorance of the OSRM, ignorance of redhat and their distros, ignorance of the behavior of rhat over the last 8 mos, and ignorance over the nature of the open source model and cram them all into 3 short sentences.
