Hats off to Laura Bush. The first lady smartly blew off the tradition of wearing headgear for yesterday's swearing-in ceremony.
She also resisted the temptation to wear Beltway blue.
Instead, a dazzling Mrs. Bush shed her matronly image by wearing two knockout ensembles created by Seventh Avenue kingpin Oscar de la Renta.

It is true, behind all Great Men...
there is a Great Woman!!
Of all the people I saw on TV today, Laura was clearly the most radiant. Would love to know what was on her mind. There was just something special about it. I have a feeling she is going to enjoy the next four years, and is looking forward to no more campaigns.
Right click time ... :-)

I predict a lot of boys being named George in the Middle East over the next decade. =)
What a wonderful thing to see two people so much in love! I'm so proud to have them in the Whitehouse!
From your lips...

I love that silver gown. Wow
Madam First Lady, Laura Bush, you are a first class act!!!
there is a Great Woman!!
And ALL great men choose wisely! ; )
Wow!
The man ask's...
the woman chooses.
Don't expect high office any time soon.
To ask is to be denied, to conquer and take is to be fulfilled.
You are a Communist.
