You know...I do have an issue with these types of pictures (not you Smartass, you wouldn't be you w/o graphics!)
My issue!
I was in Montclair, NJ, I can't remember the street.
There was an used bookstore right by a Planned Parenthood.
There were Right to Life Protesters outside with their signs and pictures like these.
I was across the street and I saw a young, young girl coming toward the place with some guy.
The protesters surrounded her, were yelling, and thrusting their signs in her face.
She crumbled to the ground in tears.
The guy she was with practically had to carry her back to the car, she was hysterical.
NO!, the protesters didn't win here just because she left.
That was NO WAY to handle the situation.
This was a young girl. Scared, alone. Not knowing what to do.
I was disgusted. I did try to cross the street and go to her. The protesters made a circle wall around her and were confrontational.
I backed off. I wouldn't have been helping at that point.
I bet the protesters would have accomplished alot more if they had spoken to her.
That is why the Planned Parenthoods win so much.
they befriend scare girls that have no where else to go.
No, this is not an isolated incident either. I've seen this before.
Marketing is an affective campaign when applied correctly. You can sell life as well as death.
