We can forgive the blinking lady. She looks as if she has the same disease that I have. Benign Essential Blepharospasm. She can't control the blinking and the lights are sheer torture. The problem for us Blephos is that we tend to be high energy-must do everything type of people. Makes for a very stressful existance.
I've been enjoying C-Spam's coverage of the Balls. Laura is GORGEOUS!

The one caller just compared President Bush and co. going to the balls to the way celebrities act. Could she be any more clueless?

Don King on CNN says the president has done for Blacks what they've been promised for 200 years. Mentioned the posts he's given Powell and Rice. Steadfast wonderful president.
Don King says George Walker Bush makes America better and stronger. He's the man with a plan. He's for inclusion. No child left behind.
I've seen him speak like this before and he just adores the president.
Please forgive me if I offended, didn't mean to, I just noticed that particular characteristic about her. I want them to get to the other inaug. balls, and to President Bush and First Lady Laura!

I wish I had set the VCR to CSPAN for the parade because it doesn't mean very much to see all the groups going by if you don't get to hear where they're from and what their claim to fame is. Not to mention all the bloviating the other channels featured.
