No, I didn't! You know, I didn't have the intestinal fortitude to watch windbags try to rake Condi over the coals. Then they delay her confirmation so more gas-bags can bloviate first. Sheesh.

None of the reports that I heard mentioned him.

"The article says he was able to hide his disappointment. Huh? It's pretty clear by his wistful expression that he's eating his heart out."
LOL...I didn't think he was hiding it too well either. Since he was the only one siding with Boxer in opposing Condi, it's clear there are hard feeling. Boo-hoo sKerry.

Yes, Obama was there.
No photos on Yahoo, though there may be some screen captures on the live thread.

I think I saw Teraaaaza for just an instant. She came out of the same entrance all the others did, but went to the right of the TV screen and out of view. She had on a large furry hat and fur coat of some kind. I'm pretty sure it was her. It seemed like the cameraman was trying to get a shot of her but she quickly was out of view. Obama was there too. He was shaking alot of hands and making sure that he made contact with everyone. I predict he will be Hillary's running mate.

My prediction from 6 months ago still holds that T-Rex is going to dump him. There is no love between those two.

I have to admit, when the announced, "The 43rd president of the US, GW Bush", I got chills. I thought, thank God they are not announcing "JF Kerry". That would have been a nightmare.

A smattering of cheers from the predominantly Republican gathering was quickly drowned out by loud groans and a few jeers. One man shouted, "Loser." I thought I was out of earshot... Guess I was louder than I thought.

What is it with him and that stupid salute? Could he at least do it right!
To: Aussie Dasher
Funny every time I saw him he looked miserable..and did anyone else notice that Fat Head Ted was alone a lot. I mean it just didn't seem like anyone was chatting with him. Also, Jimmy Carter and his wife, what's her name, looked like they were both in the throws of a deep depression!
To: EternalVigilance
Great picture.
Boo-hoo, poor Kerry, look at that long face.
Now he knows what Taxpayers feel like

Kerry told Dr. Rice during her hearings that he had a plan.
With a straight face she said she'd love to meet with him to discuss his plan.
